My experience with Oomiay was smooth overall. The prices were shown clearly before checkout, and it was easy to see the shipping and any extra costs ahead of time. I really appreciated that the whole process felt simple and straightforward. I took off one star because I did have to click around a little to find everything, but overall it felt honest and easy to use.

I ordered from oomiay.com, and the item was mostly like the pictures, I think. The overall style looked right, but the color in person seemed a little duller than it did online, unless it was just my lighting.

The size and design were close enough, so I wouldn’t call it a bad purchase. I just feel like the photos could be more accurate, especially with the color and how the fabric actually looks.

The box arrived clean and wasn’t crushed or anything. Everything inside was packed kinda nicely, and there wasn’t any damage. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Outside or in brighter light, it looked almost exactly like what I expected from the photos. Overall I’m happy because the color accuracy was way better than I was worried it would be.

They do have a decent mix of products, so browsing wasn’t bad, but some categories felt limited and I expected more options. I also kind of felt passed around a bit when trying to figure things out, which made the whole experience feel less smooth. Overall, not terrible, just average for me
